It still provides a full body work out because it has you in constant motion the entire class. The ultimate conditioning class is a strength training class that trains you in circuit method. Also known as circuit training, the condition class includes the use of free weights, agility ladders, barbells, and sleds for strength training as well as increasing your stamina with the routine of no breaks in the class. Like the conditioning class, the squat squad class also is a weight training class that focuses on an intense lower body work out with the use of deadlifts squats with weights etc.
